‘Tide’s Out, KI’ is a hand-coloured variable open edition linoprint on acid free white 210 gsm paper. Signed with a red chop mark seal and date. A signed certificate is included. I enjoy the meditative process of using water colours where the original black and white linoprint image comes to life with memories of special times at this beach which runs along my heritage listed property on Kangaroo Island. Such wildness and remoteness is becoming rare. There is a feeling of contemplative minimalism looking out across the tidal waters There is nothing man made to view and yet it is alive with changing textures and moods as tides and weather change the seascape. Change within constancy as tides transform the shores.
