I’ve painted this scene several times over the years and I’ve seen these historic barns gradually decline. Remembered by locals as a sound building where dances were held in the 1980s, the old sheds have slowly fallen. Once local heritage listed these much-loved barns are in danger of being lost forever. The timber frame is hand painted by the artist to complement the colours in the painting. Limited editions in various sizes are available for this artwork.
