Lost in My World

"Lost in My World" was a different style of art for me—one that allowed me to step outside of my usual approach and really embrace a sense of creative freedom. I thoroughly enjoyed the process, letting go of structure and simply allowing the piece to evolve naturally. As I worked, I found myself completely absorbed, lost in the moment, and that’s where the title came from. It reflects not only the expression of the figure but also my own emotional space during its creation. He isn’t based on anyone in particular—just a wild-looking, friendly man who appeared through the charcoal, as if he had a story of his own to tell. I didn’t plan him; he simply emerged, and I followed. Drawn in charcoal on Ply board, this piece was both spontaneous and reflective, and it reminded me how powerful it can be to let your instincts take over. The end result is a character that feels familiar yet imagined—a glimpse into a world that exists just beyond the surface.
