I connect deeply with nature and my most creative drive is inspired by how I feel being around it. Art, for me is truly a fulfilling way to express my thoughts, feelings and experiences. I hope my art reaches people and that the beauty and transformative nature of the creative expression is uplifting. Trained as a graphic designer early on but have never wanted to go into the commercial advertising industry so my first job was with the SA Museum Entomolgy department cataloguing and illustrating insects, then the Education section illustrating booklets for school tours. I paint in multiple mediums and tutor in watercolours, acrylics and oils. Classes are in my studio, Atelier Crafers art studio, online and regularly hold workshops for watercolours at various art societies. I regularly exhibit in group shows, and have held seven solo exhibitions. Awards have included Characters of the Fleurieu Portrait, FabrianoAcquarello 2020 & 2022 for watercolour, Royal Adelaide Show and more.
