Diana is an Adelaide-based artist having origins in Sri Lanka working primarily in oils and acrylics. Inspired by the natural beauty of her surroundings, she creates expressive landscape and seascape paintings that celebrate the richness of the Australian environment. Since settling in Adelaide in 2022, Diana has immersed herself in the local arts scene, exhibiting her work and developing a cohesive body of nature-inspired pieces. Her recent series, Nature’s Palette, explores the shifting moods of coastlines, skies, and open spaces — reflecting both personal connection and artistic curiosity. Through her art, she invites viewers to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world. Each painting is a quiet tribute to place, memory, and presence. This year marks her participation in SALA with new coastal works that capture the movement, texture, and light of South Australia’s shorelines.
